Recurring Visitors
Atrium recognizes returning visitors by their email address and maintains a persistent visitor profile across visits. This eliminates redundant data entry and streamlines the check-in experience for frequent visitors.
Profile reuse
When you pre-register a visit and enter an email address that Atrium has seen before, the visitor's existing profile is loaded automatically. Their name, company, and other profile data are pre-filled in the registration form.
This works across sites within the same tenant — a visitor who has been to your Munich office will be recognized when they visit your Berlin office.
Document version tracking
Atrium tracks which document template version each visitor has signed. When a returning visitor checks in at a kiosk:
- Documents they've already signed (current version) are skipped — the visitor isn't asked to sign them again.
- If a template has been updated since their last visit (new version published), they're asked to sign the new version.
- Documents they've never signed (e.g., a template that was added to the site after their last visit) are presented normally.
This applies per template, per version, per visitor. The system tracks the exact template version that was signed, not just "has signed NDA at some point."
Fast-track check-in
For a returning visitor who has already signed all current document versions, the kiosk check-in flow is significantly shorter: QR scan → identity confirmation → WiFi credentials. No documents to read, no signatures required.
This is particularly valuable for regular contractors, consultants, or frequent business partners who visit weekly or monthly.
Visitor directory
All visitor profiles are accessible in the Visitor Directory — a searchable list of everyone who has ever visited your sites. See Visitor Directory for details.
