Visitor Directory

The Visitor Directory is a searchable list of all visitor profiles in your tenant. It provides a historical view of every person who has visited any of your sites.

Accessing the directory​

Navigate to Visitors in the sidebar. The directory shows all visitor profiles with their name, email, company, and visit count.

What's in a visitor profile​

Each visitor profile contains:

  • Name — First and last name.
  • Email — The primary identifier. Visitors are deduplicated by email address.
  • Company — The visitor's organization (optional).
  • Visit history — A list of all visits by this visitor, across all sites, with dates and status.
  • Signed documents — Which document template versions this visitor has signed, and when.

Search and filtering​

You can search the directory by visitor name, email, or company. The search covers all visitors in your tenant, not just the currently selected site.

Privacy and data retention​

Visitor profiles contain personal data (PII) and are subject to your tenant's data retention policy. When a visitor profile is deleted (manually or via automatic retention), all associated data is removed: visit history, signed document archives, signature data, and WiFi voucher records.
